Weeks that need a decision

Push — selling ahead, room to raise
Booking ahead of expectation, still has availability. Candidates to increase rate.
Behind — soft vs expectation
Below expected occupancy for near-term weeks. Watch / consider action.
One row per week — the weight is a per-week lever shared by every unit that week, so "Avg occ" is the average across your self-catering units. Apply nudges the weight & reprices; Dismiss leaves it. Either way the week leaves the list until a data refresh shifts it by >5 points — so this only shows what you haven't actioned yet.

Download BEX price files

Each file is in BEX upload format (Date, Length of stay, Active, Price), covering the full ~18 months. Monday changeover: 5–7 nights = full price, 3–4 nights = midweek. Friday changeover: 4–7 nights = full, 2–3 nights = weekend. Date format DD/MM/YYYY. These are your target prices as-is — the website applies its own last-minute discounts automatically.

This is exactly what goes into the CSV — and what the API push sends. Change a high/low in Tune or a weight in Week valuation and this preview (and the file) updates.

Pricing rules

Sensitivity = how hard pace moves price. Expected occupancy low/high = what "normal" looks like off-peak vs peak. Ceiling stretch lets sold-out weeks exceed the high. ADR band is the guardrail on the chart.
